Designed for Adults

Music at Any Age

Whether you are picking up an instrument for the very first time at 40, returning to piano after a 20-year break, or a retiree looking for a fulfilling new hobby, our adult program is designed for you.

We understand that adult learners have different goals, schedules, and learning styles than children. Our instructors work at your pace, focus on the music you want to play, and create a relaxed, judgment-free environment where you can enjoy the process of learning.

Adult students are welcome in every instrument program we offer: piano, guitar, violin, cello, voice, drums, woodwinds, and songwriting.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Is it too late to learn an instrument as an adult?

Absolutely not. Many of our students begin learning their first instrument in their 30s, 40s, 50s, and beyond. Adult learners often progress quickly because of their focus and motivation.

Do you offer evening or weekend lessons for adults?

Yes. We offer flexible scheduling including evening and weekend time slots to accommodate work schedules. Contact us to discuss availability at your preferred location.

I played piano as a kid. Can I pick it back up?

Yes, and you may be surprised how quickly it comes back. Our instructors are experienced with returning players and will help you rebuild your skills efficiently.

Will I need to practice every day?

Consistent practice helps, but we understand adult schedules are busy. Even 15-20 minutes a few times a week can lead to meaningful progress. Your instructor will work with your schedule.

Do adults perform in recitals?

Adult recitals are optional but encouraged. We host separate adult showcases in a relaxed, social atmosphere where performing is about enjoyment, not pressure.
