What ages do you teach?
We teach children, teens, and adults. Readiness varies by student and instrument. Tell us your child’s age and interests so we can discuss a suitable starting point. Adults can begin for the first time or return after time away.
Do I need my own instrument?
For most instruments, yes. However, our studios have pianos and drum kits available for in-studio use. We can recommend rental programs for string and woodwind instruments.
How long are lessons?
We offer 30-minute, 45-minute, and 60-minute lesson options. Your instructor will recommend the best duration based on age, level, and goals.
Can I try a lesson before committing?
Yes. We offer trial lessons so you can experience our teaching style and meet your instructor before enrolling in a regular schedule.
What is your cancellation policy?
With more than 48 hours notice, you are eligible to schedule a make-up lesson, subject to your instructor's availability. Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are forfeited without a refund. Make-up lessons must be scheduled within two months. See our full Rates and Policy page for details.
Do you offer recitals?
Yes. We host studio recitals throughout the year where students can perform for family and friends in a supportive, encouraging setting.
Which location should I choose?
We have studios in Lakewood Ranch, South Sarasota, and North Port. Choose whichever is most convenient for you. All locations offer the full range of programs.
