POLICIES:
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Because our teachers time is incredibly valuable and your music lesson time is reserved especially for you, we ask for advance notice of all cancellations. If there is more than 48 hours notice in cancellation, you are eligible to schedule a make up. If less than 48 hours notice is given, your lesson will be forfeit and no refund will be given.
Make up lessons must be scheduled within 2 months of the missed lesson, and are subject to the availability of your instructor. If the teacher has no make up availability, your lesson may be rolled over into the following month. If the teacher DOES offer you with an available make up time(s) it is your responsibility to either make it work, or lose that lesson.
Discontinuation of Lessons:
We require a minimum of Two Weeks advanced notice.
