Perri Montané holds Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal Performance from Ohio University, and a Master of Music in Vocal Performance from New England Conservatory of Music.

In addition to maintaining a busy performing schedule throughout the U.S., Ms. Montané has taught private voice lessons to students of all ages. She has taught on the voice faculties of The Lovett School and Woodward Academy, both in Atlanta, as well as New England Conservatory where she instructed instrumental majors in voice.

Over the years, Ms. Montané has prepared middle school through adult age students for successful auditions in classical, country, and musical theater genres. With Ms. Montané ‘s guidance and expertise, she has helped students win competitions, successfully audition for musical theater roles, and be accepted into leading music universities such as Julliard, New England Conservatory, Interlochen Arts Academy and more. From 2012 to 2021, Ms. Montané taught college level on the voice faculty for the University of Tampa, specifically for Musical Theatre Majors. Some of her former students have gone on to perform professionally at the Florida Repertory Theatre, American Stage and Norwegian Cruise Lines.

In addition to voice, Ms. Montané has also studied piano privately from 1st grade all the way through her Bachelor’s Degree. She has taught private lessons to all ages for both the Malden School of Music in MA and the New School of Music in GA. Ms. Montané’s extensive experience as a professional pianist include her playing for voice and instrumental students in numerous recitals and recordings and serving as accompanist for the Capitol City Opera Company. In 2021, Ms. Montane was also invited as a collaborating pianist for a recording project in Santiago, Chile.

Today, Ms. Montané continues teaching exclusively with Elizabeth Farrell Music.
